Terms of Use
The rules for using BlueEV.
These Terms govern BlueEV station discovery, accounts, charging-provider connections, remote actions, provider-direct payments, submissions, and support.
Effective and last updated: July 18, 2026
ქართული ვერსია1. Operator and agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BlueEV, the operator of the BlueEV mobile application, website, application programming interfaces, CarPlay experience, Tesla browser experience, widgets, Live Activities, App Intents, notifications, and related services (together, the “Service”).
BlueEV can be contacted at legal@blueev.ldev.cloud or at 33 Ushangi Chkheidze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. BlueEV is the service brand and is not described in these Terms as an incorporated company.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the BlueEV Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. Provider-specific terms and privacy notices apply separately when you use an independent charging provider.
2. What BlueEV provides
BlueEV provides software that may help you discover, search, filter, compare, save, and navigate to electric-vehicle charging stations; view provider, connector, availability, tariff, image, and operational information; synchronize selected preferences and recent navigation state; submit reports and support requests; and receive service notifications.
Depending on the provider and your eligibility, BlueEV may also let you sign in with Apple, manage BlueEV devices, link an existing charging-provider account, create a provider account with BlueEV assistance, view provider account information, reserve a port, start or stop charging, view charging status, top up a provider balance, facilitate a provider-direct payment or refund request, and access related activity. CarPlay, Siri, Spotlight, App Intents, widgets, Live Activities, deep links, and Tesla/browser surfaces may expose only a subset of those functions.
Features differ by provider, station, device, operating-system version, account status, location, and technical availability. Nothing in these Terms promises that every provider or station supports every BlueEV function.
3. Eligibility and authority
BlueEV imposes no separate minimum age and does not perform age verification. You must nevertheless have the legal capacity and any authorization required for the action you take. If you are a minor, a parent or legal representative must authorize your use where applicable law requires it and your best interests must be respected.
Apple, charging providers, payment services, station operators, and driving, parking, or payment law may impose independent age, identity, residency, vehicle, licence, account, or payment requirements. You represent that you are authorized to use every Apple, provider, payment, vehicle, and device account you connect or instruct through BlueEV.
4. BlueEV accounts and security
Basic public station browsing may be available without an account. Account features use Sign in with Apple. You must provide accurate information, keep your device and Apple account secure, review linked devices, and promptly notify BlueEV of suspected unauthorized activity.
BlueEV may rely on an instruction received through an authenticated session or linked provider account unless BlueEV knows or reasonably should know it is unauthorized. You remain responsible for protecting provider credentials, verification codes, passcodes, payment approvals, and any device on which your accounts remain signed in.
You may revoke a linked BlueEV device, sign out, or request BlueEV account deletion through available controls. Account deletion may be delayed while an active reservation, charging session, payment, refund, or other consequential provider operation is completed, stopped, reconciled, or safely left with the responsible provider. Deletion and retention are further described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Independent charging providers
Charging stations, charging services, provider accounts, prices, electricity, parking, reservations, charging sessions, hardware, receipts, refunds, and provider support are supplied or controlled by independent charging providers, station operators, or their payment services unless a specific BlueEV screen expressly states otherwise.
Those parties operate under their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, pricing, payment conditions, and refund policies. BlueEV does not own or control their stations, networks, apps, accounts, balances, authorization decisions, pricing changes, hardware, electricity supply, parking access, settlement, or support. BlueEV remains responsible for BlueEV's own Service and handling of data as required by mandatory law.
6. Provider accounts and credentials
When you link an existing provider account or create one with BlueEV assistance, you instruct BlueEV to submit the information, provider credentials, tokens, verification codes, and consents needed to communicate with that provider. Where a provider requires a reusable password or token, BlueEV may protect and retain it so the Service can perform later instructions without asking you to sign in again each time.
You must submit only your own provider account or one you are legally authorized to control. Do not share another person's credentials, evade a provider restriction, create fraudulent accounts, or use BlueEV to access a provider in a manner its terms prohibit. A provider may reject, suspend, close, or require additional verification for an account regardless of what BlueEV displays.
7. Reservations, charging, and remote actions
A tap in BlueEV sends an instruction through technical systems that BlueEV does not fully control. A reservation, charging start, charging stop, balance operation, or other remote command may remain pending, delayed, rejected, duplicated by an upstream system, time out, or initially have an unknown outcome. A success message means only the evidence described by the screen; it is not a guarantee that station hardware or every provider record has reached the same state.
Before repeating a consequential command, check the station, vehicle, provider app or account, connector, and BlueEV activity state. Repeating a command while its outcome is unknown may create an additional provider action or charge. You must select the intended provider account, station, EVSE, connector, vehicle, amount, and currency and follow all on-site safety and provider instructions.
BlueEV is not an emergency, electrical-safety, roadside, parking, legal, or professional navigation service. Do not interact with a handheld device while driving. Obey road laws, signs, access and parking rules, station instructions, and safe-driving requirements.
8. Provider-direct payments and refunds
Unless a payment screen expressly states otherwise, the independent charging provider or its payment service is the merchant of record for charging payments, top-ups, card enrollment charges, settlement, receipts, taxes, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks. BlueEV facilitates your instruction and may display transaction identifiers, amount, currency, status, balance, masked card or card-network information, wallet metadata, and provider results.
Provider and payment-service terms determine authorization, final price, settlement, receipt, refund eligibility, timing, and dispute handling, subject to mandatory law. Confirm the provider, station, connector, amount, currency, payment method, and refund status before acting. Contact the responsible provider first about its charge, receipt, balance, or refund; contact BlueEV about an error in BlueEV's own facilitation or display.
9. Station data, status, prices, and directions
Station and provider information can change without notice and may be supplied by an independent source. Location, access, connector labels, power, availability, reservation state, charging state, price, fees, images, provider balance, and route information may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong.
Verify information with the provider and at the station before a trip or consequential action. A displayed route does not guarantee road access, parking permission, charger access, vehicle compatibility, energy delivery, or sufficient range. BlueEV station data must not be your only source for an emergency, safety-critical, legal, or financial decision.
10. Reports, feedback, and station photos
You retain ownership of original reports, messages, photos, screenshots, and other content you submit. You grant BlueEV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to receive, secure, review, moderate, format, reproduce, host, display, and distribute that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service, correct station information, respond to you, and resolve complaints or claims.
Station photos are submitted for public display but become public only after BlueEV review and approval. BlueEV may reject, remove, obscure, or retain evidence of content where reasonably necessary for quality, privacy, rights, security, complaints, or law.
Your submission must be lawful, accurate to your knowledge, relevant, non-infringing, and free of malware, secrets, and unnecessary personal data. Do not upload faces, licence plates, account or payment information, confidential material, or another person's content unless it is necessary, lawful, and properly authorized.
11. Licence and intellectual property
BlueEV and its licensors retain rights in the Service software, design, databases, compilations, editorial content, and branding. Provider marks and provider-originated content remain the property of their respective owners. Subject to these Terms, BlueEV grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful personal purposes.
No licence is granted to copy, sell, sublicense, commercially republish, or create a competing service from BlueEV software, databases, or protected content except where mandatory law expressly permits the conduct.
12. Acceptable use
You must not:
- gain or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, another user's account, provider credentials, payment data, infrastructure, or non-public interfaces;
- impersonate another person, submit false or harmful reports, manipulate station status, or initiate a reservation, charge, payment, or refund without authority;
- bypass security, access controls, rate limits, App Attest, provider restrictions, or safeguards; probe vulnerabilities without written authorization; or introduce malicious code;
- scrape, automate, copy, or burden the Service at unreasonable volume, or republish data in a way that infringes rights, misleads users, or substitutes for BlueEV;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the Service where restriction is permitted by law, or use it for fraud, abuse, unlawful charging or payment activity, or infringement.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits conduct that mandatory law expressly permits.
13. Service availability and changes
BlueEV may add, remove, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue a feature, provider integration, platform surface, or access where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, law, provider availability, product operation, or protection of users and infrastructure. Existing obligations and non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
BlueEV does not promise uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, or universally available Service. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, operating-system changes, geographic restrictions, or force-majeure events may prevent or delay access.
14. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using BlueEV at any time and may request account deletion through the available flow. BlueEV may rate-limit, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse or fraud, provider restrictions, legal compliance, non-payment to a responsible provider, technical risk, or protection of users and infrastructure.
Ending BlueEV access does not cancel a provider account, active provider operation, charging session, reservation, payment, refund, dispute, or obligation already incurred. Provisions concerning ownership, submissions, payment, risk allocation, liability, complaints, records, and interpretation survive where their nature requires it.
15. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, BlueEV excludes warranties and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, station access, vehicle compatibility, provider performance, or successful charging.
These exclusions do not limit a guarantee, remedy, duty, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow BlueEV to exclude or waive.
16. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, BlueEV is not liable for loss caused by an independent provider, station operator, payment service, station hardware, vehicle, electricity or network outage, provider account restriction, parking or access rule, inaccurate or delayed station or route data, a provider's price or refund decision, an unknown or delayed remote action, your repeated command, or your failure to verify a consequential action.
To that same maximum lawful extent, BlueEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss; loss of opportunity, use, data, profit, goodwill, range, time, or travel; or the cost of substitute charging or transport arising from the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies and liability for intent, gross fault, personal injury, or another non-excludable ground where applicable. No arbitrary foreign-currency liability cap applies.
17. Complaints and notices
Contact legal@blueev.ldev.cloud or write to BlueEV, 33 Ushangi Chkheidze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia about these Terms or the BlueEV Service. Include enough non-secret information to identify the issue. Do not email passwords, verification codes, or full payment-card information.
A complaint about a provider account, charger, price, parking charge, receipt, payment, charging session, or refund may need to be made to the independent provider or payment service responsible for it. BlueEV will handle complaints concerning BlueEV's own Service and cooperate where reasonably appropriate. You retain every complaint and court remedy available under mandatory law.
18. Changes to these Terms
BlueEV may publish revised Terms when the Service, risk allocation, or law changes. A new edition applies only to access and use from its stated effective date; it does not retroactively change the terms governing earlier conduct or disputes. Where mandatory law requires direct notice, a delay, or renewed agreement for a material change, BlueEV will provide it.
19. General provisions
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is applied to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without BlueEV's consent. BlueEV may transfer the Service and these Terms to a lawful successor subject to applicable notice, consumer, and privacy requirements.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms presented before an action form the agreement about the BlueEV Service. They do not replace an independent provider's terms. No exclusive governing-law, forum, arbitration, or class-action clause is selected here; applicable mandatory and conflict-of-law rules determine governing law, consumer rights, and the competent dispute forum.
